The Warehouse General Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing administrative and clerical tasks. This role supports inventory management, shipping and receiving processes, and documentation to maintain a smooth flow of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Update and maintain inventory records in the system.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reordering supplies as needed.
- **Shipping and Receiving**:

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists or purchase orders.
- Generate shipping labels and process freight paperwork.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding documentation.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Answer and direct warehouse-related inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all tasks adhere to company safety standards.
- Report any hazards, damages, or incidents promptly.
- Support audits and inspections as required.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- SPM, Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or clerical role is preferred.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
