Qms Internship

Duties and responsibilities:

- To be responsible for the overall management of Quality Management System and its operations.
- To manage and control documents and records to be compliance to the ISO standard.
- To plan and conduct Internal Quality Audit & External Quality Audit.
- To interface with customer and external bodies on audit activities.
- Support the Company’s QMS certification. Lead and participate in internal, external and 3rd party audit.
- Reporting the performance of QMS including environmental performance to top management
- Assist in all regulatory activities and ensure compliance on all Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO13485)
- To improve, implement and maintain company Management System to fulfilling the Quality and Environmental standards and customer’s requirements.
- Assist and follow up the corrective and preventative action responses.
- Reporting the performance of QMS including environmental performance to top management
- To manage filing of all documents, both soft and hard copies, within the document control center.
- Familiar with registration of product license in Medical Device Authority.
- To register all documents pertaining to statutory / regulatory requirement related to company Business operation
- To make reports timely as requested by superior.
- To ensure a good filling system and achieving of documentation to ensure easy retrieval

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
