**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare board and members' resolutions, minutes, notices, annual returns, and other statutory documents.
- To prepare and arrange to file all statutory documents to the Companies Commission Malaysia (CCM) and other regulatory authorities.
- To file and maintain all statutory books and secretarial documents.
- To provide statutory documents and information for internal and external parties on a timely basis.
- To assist with any other secretarial and legal matters; administrative and special assignments as delegated by your superiors from time to time.
- Planning, maintaining and marketing our services.
- Monitoring and working on collection of receivables from clients.
- Proficient in using MYCOID system amongst others for incorporation of companies, allotment of shares, changes to the directors, managers and secretary etc.
- Responsible for the preparation of Annual Returns using the MBRS systems.
- Must be able to attend meetings, and discussions and travel outstation or overseas (as and when needed). Provide good client service when dealing with clients.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the field of company secretarial practice although not essential, as training will be provided.
- Management skills are required.
- Preferably with good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016.
- Preferably well versed in Microsoft Office Applications and S2000; secretarial software.
- Positive, reliable, well organised and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ideally, fluent in English, BM, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Possess a high degree of professionalism and integrity, ability to communicate with various levels of management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail, good planning, organising, and coordinating skills.
- A good team player and be able to manage your portfolios.

Working Location: Seri Kembangan

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
