Bus Driver

**Responsibilities**:

- **Safe Transportation**: Ensure the safe transportation of students and staff to and from the college, as well as during school trips and events.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Conduct regular checks and maintenance of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues or necessary repairs.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all traffic laws and school policies regarding transportation.
- **Schedule Adherence**: Follow the assigned routes and schedules punctually.
- **Safety Protocols**: Ensure all passengers follow safety protocols, including wearing seat belts and maintaining orderly conduct.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with the school administration regarding any delays, incidents, or changes in schedule.
- **Record Keeping**: Keep accurate records of trips, maintenance, and any incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid License**: Possess a valid bus driving license appropriate for the vehicle type.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a bus driver, preferably in a school setting.
- **Safety Training**: Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid.
- **Clean Record**: A clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills in English and/or Malay.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including long hours of driving and assisting passengers as needed.
