IT Technician

**Job Scope**:

- Install and set up computers, laptops, and printers.
- Set up and maintain servers and NAS (storage) devices.
- Install and configure NVR (Network Video Recorder) systems and security cameras (wired and wireless).
- Set up wireless cameras and wireless alarm systems.
- Fix and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, servers, NAS, CCTV, and alarms.
- Help with software installation and updates.
- Solve hardware and software problems at customer sites and remotely.
- Check and make sure all systems are working well (regular maintenance).
- Assist with backup and data recovery.
- Keep records of repairs, equipment, and work done.
- Support and guide users who have IT or security system problems.
- Work with suppliers or vendors to get replacement parts.

**Requirements**:

- Experience fixing and setting up computers, printers, servers, NVR, and cameras.
- Able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Basic knowledge of networks (Wi-Fi, IP address, router, switch).
- Able to work on your own and manage time well.
- Having your own transport is a bonus.
- Any IT or security system certificate is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
