Admin cum Industry Liaison Officer (IPD Department)
We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and dynamic Marketing cum Industry Liaison Officer to join our team at Auto Prima College (IPD Department).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote APC’s Training Programmes:
- Promote our training programmes to corporate clients or companies in the automotive, manufacturing, and logistics industries.
- Focus on promoting our IMI training programmes, other in-house training programmes, PPT, government-approved programs, and dual certifications.
2. Establish Client Rapport:
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their training requirements, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Conduct effective presentations and meetings to introduce Auto Prima College and our training programmes.
3. Manage Inquiries and Correspondence:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our programmes, pricing, and schedules.
- Prepare and submit proposals in response to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
4. Program Coordination and Management:
- Work with the team on all ongoing corporate training programmes, ensuring smooth coordination and organisation from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, schedule training sessions, allocate resources, and manage logístical requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and participants to ensure seamless training delivery.
5. Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the Senior Manager or Directors to support organizational goals and marketing initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive, manufacturing, and logistics industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills-BM and English.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with corporate clients.
- Strong marketing and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
