Company background : Dental Supplies company Working hours - Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) and - 1st Saturday of the month ( 9am-6pm) **Job Description**: - Assist in managing quotations, invoices and delivery orders to customers - Assist in answering queries from customers and salespersons - Assist in managing information on orders using SQL, Excel - Report Daily sales (by dealers/by salesman/by Products) - Report Weekly sales achievement - Track Monthly campaign sales achievement progress - Provide sales administration support to the sales team. - Channel Structure and Product Structure monitoring report. - Any others duties when as assigned. **Requirements**: - At least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field. - Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. - Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent i spreferred - Good communication skills - Able to work in a fast pace environment Benefits : - free dental filling & scaling once a year Annual Leave 1st - 2nd year - 8 days 3rd - 5th year - 12 days 6th year onwards - 16 days **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - STM/STPM (preferred) **Experience**: - Administration: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) - Bahasa (preferred) - English (preferred)
