**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years of working experience in property management industry is a MUST for this position.
- Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Confident, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and responsive that able to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.
- Possess own transport.
- Wiling to work after office hour
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
- Chinese Speaker

**JOB SCOPE**

1) Photography Duties: Capture high-quality images for various platforms, attend and photograph company events and promotions, edit and retouch photos using software, maintain an organized portfolio for internal and external use

2) Handling social media & content marketing and visual. - Develop and implement a social media content aligned with company goals, create engaging posts with captions and graphics that resonate with the target audience, monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.

3) Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools as basis of marketing strategy, and stay updated on trends and best practices to ensure the company’s content remains relevant. Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and values.

4) Keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor all enquiry on daily basis.

5) To execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned in any channels instructed by the management.

6) Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.

7) Conducting marketing competitor research for the management team as and when required.

8) Liaison for the management during marketing pitch, event, entertainment with clients.

9) Communicate meeting details to relevant departments to ensure business continuation.

10) Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
