Internship (Culinary)

We’re looking for a **Culinary Intern** who’s passionate about food and café culture You’ll assist our kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while learning hands-on about café kitchen operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **food preparation** (salads, desserts, drinks, etc.)
- Learn and follow **recipes, portion control, and food presentation standards**:

- Maintain **cleanliness and hygiene** in the kitchen area
- Support chefs in daily kitchen operations and inventory control
- Ensure food is prepared on time and served fresh
- Assist in new menu testing or special event preparations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree student in **Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage, or related field**:

- Passionate about food, teamwork, and learning new recipes
- Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
