**Job Purpose and Responsibilities**
- Preparation of customer invoice;
- Update debtors ageing on monthly basis;
- Monitor collection received from customers;
- Liaise with customers if any matters arise related to collection or invoices;
- Liaise with auditors for preparation of company accounts;
- All receipt and payment advice are to be proper filing;
- Ensure that parking fees collection is deposited to the bank after checked and verified by the authorized personnel;
- Ensure that invoices are verified by person in charge and attached with supporting department such as Service Report, Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO);
- Prepare payment voucher from system based on credit terms or urgency level;
- To ensure that all petty cash claim supported by relevant documents and approved by department superior;
- Record daily transactions to monitor the cashflow position in shared drive;
- Prepare and maintain accounting schedule (Accruals, Prepayment, Deposit and Provision);
- Record, post and review journal entry in TechnologyOne Financial System on monthly basis;
- Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis;
- Maintain fixed asset register in the TechnologyOne Financial System;
**Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Required**
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance or Professional Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field
- Strong skill level with accounting software programs
