**Responsibilities (AR- Account Receivable)**
- Record and reconcile receipt from customers
- Answer enquiries related to billing and collection
- Follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments
- Perform daily reconciliations and keep track of outstanding AR balances
- Send statements of accounts, reminder letters for overdue accounts
- Prepare monthly debtors aging reports
- Other duties as delegated from time to time by superior

**Responsibilities (AP-Account Payable)**
- Process AP Invoices and Payment
- Review and follow up supplier and intercompany statement reconciliation
- Assist in month end close activities

**Requirements**:

- Accounting Degree or Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- A team player with good interpersonal & communication skill and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles
- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Good in planning and organizing and strategic thinking
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
