Minimum Requirement: Diploma In Pharmacy (At least one year of hospital experience is preferable, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.) Responsibilities: 1. Support pharmacy services in the Outpatient, Inpatient and Galenikal Unit. 2. Assist patient with medication related information or referral to the pharmacist as required. 3. Receive and verify all medication prescriptions. 4. Take part in the maintenance of efficient stock control. 5. Administrative duties include answering telephones and ensuring the Pharmacy is kept clean and tidy. 6. Participate in the 24 hours shift rotation. 7. Ability to follow technical oral and written instructions with accuracy and to be self-directed common work duties.
Tawau Specialist Medical Centre Sabah Sdn Bhd (TSMC) is principally engaging in the operation of specialist medical centres and related healthcare services. TSMC will be dedicated to building a premier in-patient and specialist outpatient healthcare facility with state of the art radiological, and investigative medical laboratory testing equipment in the municipality of Tawau and the whole of eastern seaboard of Sabah. TSMC will be the first fully equipped and fully staffed private specialist medical centre in the region, tapping a combined regional population based of 4 million, inclusive of the approximately 1 million foreign workers in the agricultural sector. With the initiation of TSMC, Tawau will become an important medical tourism hub for the entire region. This is in line with the Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines East Asean Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) with a population base of 57.5 million. TSMC will work in collaboration with government hospitals in a public-private partnership. TSMC will make available its facilities and specialist to cater to eligible government, police and military personnel. TSMC will expand in the near future with satellite specialist clinics in surrounding town and poised for growth in the rapidly expanding and modernizing healthcare industry.
