**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell automotive spare parts to workshops, retailers, and end-users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on specifications and availability.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Provide product knowledge and technical advice to customers when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Handle customer complaints or service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer accounts, and market developments.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of inventory or sales systems is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
