**Job Title: Waiter/ Service Crew**

**Job Types**:Permanent, Full-time, Locals only

**Location of restaurant**:Taman Melawati, Ulu Kelang

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Services**
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Take and deliver customer orders accurately and promptly.

**Menu Knowledge**:

- Have a thorough understanding of the menu items.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer questions.

**Order Accuracy**:

- Ensure orders are accurate and meet customer specifications.
- Double-check orders before delivering to tables.

**Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with kitchen staff and other servers.
- Relay customer feedback and special requests to the kitchen.

**Upselling**:

- Suggest additional items or specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Promote desserts, drinks, or other upsell opportunities.

**Table Maintenance**:

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.
- Set up and reset tables efficiently.

**Billing and Payments**:

- Present bills to customers and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and provide correct change.

**Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with kitchen and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist colleagues when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a server or in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
