**Job Description and Qualifications**

Purpose

To manage workshop in facility and run production process smoothly.**Nature and Scope**
Keep the production activity in workshop safe, high quality and meet project schedule required.
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1, Assign the work to chargehands, follow up the safety, quality and schedule in manufacture process, and meet project target;
- 2, Train and improve the shop floor in safety, fabrication skill and quality consciousness systematically, enhance skill of shop labor gradually compliance with company development requirement;
- 3, Control labor, material to meet project budget, work together with relevant department to analyze the root cause of rework and how to prevent in future;
- 4, Continue to improve the productive process by CI event and 5S in workshop, increase productive efficiency;
- 5; Daily check and confirm shop labor status in Kronos system;
- 6, Motivate subordinates by regular performance evaluation and communication, find gap and improve;
- 7, Any the other duties as assigned.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

**Qualification**
1, Education: Above college education background;
- 2, Computer skill: Skilled in Micro-office Software;
- 3, Other skill: Good leadership and communication skill.**Work Experience**
1, At least 5 years work experience in the manufacture company;
- 2, At least 2 years work experience in management of workshop.**Preferred**
1, Speaking Mandarin is preferred;
- 2, Knowledge of continue improvement tools, just like KaiZhen, ACE, etc;
- 3, Knowledge of SAP system;
- 4, Work in pressure vessel manufacture environment, understand vessel manufacture process;
- 5, Have knowledge of ASME Code;
