**Role Overview**:
You will work closely with UI/UX Designers and Developers to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences — ensuring every pixel serves a purpose and elevates the user journey. If you care deeply about visual storytelling, consistency, and design that resonates, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and maintain cohesive visual languages — from typography and color schemes to iconography and imagery.
- Create high-quality visual assets, including illustrations, icons, infographics, onboarding screens, and promotional graphics.
- Translate wireframes and prototypes into polished interface designs in collaboration with the UI/UX team.
- Ensure all visual designs meet accessibility standards and platform-specific guidelines (iOS, Android, Web).
- Work closely with UX Copywriter
- Contribute to and maintain shared design libraries and asset repositories for seamless design handoff.
- Conduct visual QA to ensure precision and consistency across screen sizes and devices.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Core Skills**:

- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, and responsive principles.
- Demonstrates strong creative and conceptual thinking to develop visuals that are both imaginative and aligned with product goals.
- Able to create visual assets that are engaging, consistent, and scalable.
- Comfortable working across a variety of design formats — from static visuals to light motion.
- Experience with 2D motion design for micro-interactions or animations.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience in visual design.
- A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling across mobile and web platforms.
- Familiarity with creating visuals that align with both brand identity and user needs.

**Soft Skills**:

- Creative, collaborative, and open to constructive feedback.
- Able to work independently while managing deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced project environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality execution.
