Live Host

**Location**: Old Klang Road
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Rotational Shift)
**Compensation**: Base Salary + Commission

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Host live streams** on various platforms to engage with and grow our audience.
- **Showcase products** during live sessions, explaining features, benefits, and answering real-time questions from the audience.
- **Drive sales** through interactive content, encouraging viewers to purchase promoted products or services.
- **Collaborate with the marketing team** to create a consistent content schedule and promotional campaigns.
- **Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics** (views, engagement, conversions) to continuously optimize content strategy.
- **Interact with the community** and build rapport with followers and potential customers, fostering a strong, loyal audience base.
- **Stay updated** on the latest streaming trends, tools, and platforms to ensure engaging and relevant content.

**Requirements**:

- No experience is welcome
- **Proven experience** in live streaming, content creation, or broadcasting is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to entertain and engage audiences.
- **Mandarin language proficiency** is a plus to engage with Mandarin-speaking audiences and expand viewership.
- **Sales related experience** is needed.
- Ability to multitask and **interact with viewers** while maintaining high production quality.
- Familiarity with **streaming software** (OBS, Streamlabs) and basic video production skills.
- Passionate about the products or services being promoted and driven to meet sales targets.
- Must be **flexible** with working hours as live streams may occur in the evenings or on weekends.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
