**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform gardening and cleaning for area of main entrance, parking area and surrounding common areas.
- Perform cleaning for all surrounding drains.
- Maintain lawn and grass areas using grass cutter and machine
- Perform trimming of trees and hedges
- Maintain cleanliness of office blocks, toilet and surrounding of office, meeting room and factory area
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior, Head of Department and Management from time to time.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum Qualification: SPM or equivalent
- 1-2 years related working experience
- Time management
- Excellent communication and organizational skill
- Strong interpersonal skills & problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable, strictly follow health & safety standards

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
