**Job Description**:
As a full-Time Beauty and Skincare Adviser, you will play a crucial role in our team by providing exceptional customer service, offering personalized skincare and beauty advice, and promoting our product line. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and recommend products that will help them achieve their skincare and beauty goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized skincare and beauty consultations to customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of our products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with product demonstrations and in-store promotions.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare trends and product knowledge.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
