TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operation of manufacturing infrastructure, HVAC (WCPU) systems, air compressor, air dryer, sewage plant, building maintenance with work at heigh other critical facility components.
- Hands-on experience with cooling tower infill services, split unit air conditioning maintenance, lay wiring with setup new production line and other HVAC-related tasks is a significant advantage.
- Implement facility management programs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety policies.
- Optimize facility operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance production quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and engineering to support manufacturing goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee facility service contracts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues to maintain a smooth production process.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and Preventive Maintenance records.
- Assist in planning and executing facility expansions, upgrades, and new installations.

**What your background should look like**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in facility management within antenna, electronics, or cable assembly manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, building maintenance, and power distribution systems.
- Experience in energy management, sustainability initiatives, and lean manufacturing principles.
- **A4 Chargemen Certification is required.**:
