Planning Executive 生产计划

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop weekly production plans and monitor plan execution.
- Create rework plans based on Non-Conforming Material Review (NCMR) forms.
- Assist in the implementation and validation of new product introductions and changes.
- Monitor the age of semi-finished goods in the factory, with a focus on inventory exceeding 30 days, and facilitate their disposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient production scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with IATF16949, MMOG, lean manufacturing, and other relevant standards.
- Understand and proficiently utilize production planning tools and software, including SAP PP module, MES systems, and STAGES.
- Assist in managing product forecasts and delivery processes according to customer requirements.
- Oversee procurement activities and supplier management processes.
- Coordinate with warehouse management to optimize inventory control processes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ECN change control procedures.
- Familiarity with information security management processes and policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Requirements**:

- bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in production planning and supply chain management in manufacturing environments, with knowledge of inventory management processes.
- Familiarity with SAP modules and operational procedures.
- Knowledge of automotive electronic components production processes.
- Understanding of IATF16949 and MMOG standards.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in production planning concepts and MRP knowledge.
- Understanding of safety stock evaluation processes.
- Knowledge of production planning and execution processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
