Sales Executive

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in executing the sales strategy and achieving volume and revenue targets for the customers/markets designated to him/her.
**What is the role about?**
- **Sales Process Management**: Full accountability on all processes from new customer onboarding, order taking, stock and shipment, payment and credit management.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, customer and market visits, customer business reviews, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service, speedy response and efficiency in solving issues with customers. Will be required to have short term planning (6 to 12 months) for the customers on how to grow their business and improve the customer’s satisfaction.
- **Forecasting and Reporting**: Develop accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management. Ensure transparency and visibility into sales activities.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze the performances of their current customers, understand the gaps and work towards closing the gaps to achieve the targets set.
- **Collaboration**: Close collaboration with sales operation team and all other cross functional teams to ensure targets are achieved, work together with Business Development team to identify new opportunities for their existing markets/customers and executing the opportunities. Participating/visiting trade fairs.
**Are you the One?**
- A Diploma or bachelor's degree in food technology, business administration, marketing, or related field is required.
- Understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/SAP software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Team management, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, sales operation, customer service, business development or other related discipline
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in B2B & export businesses (ASEAN) is preferred.
- Able to travel in Malaysia/oversea.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
