Junior Environmental Officer

1. Report directly to Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) Manager regarding issue raised at each site

2. To prepare Environmental, Safety & Health summary report weekly and report to ESH Manager

3. To monitor and identify any related environmental issue at site

4. Liaise and communicate with Safety and Health Officer (SHO) / Site Safety Supervisor on related issue. Attend meeting (site meeting / safety committee meeting) at site

5. Prepare and revise documentation for Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for each site

6. To coordinate all the environmental activities of the project and to provide liaison with the relevant authorities regarding Environmental matters

7. Responsible to prepare documentation for any audit (QESH audit, SIRIM audit) from client

8. To monitor the activities of Environmental program and also to provide supervision and coordinate the activities of the Environmental, Safety and Health Supervisors

9. To prepare and maintain records concerning environmental matters of the project for minimum period of (3) years

10. Responsible to liaise with clients, sub-contractors, Government bodies and local authorities on all Environmental matters

11. To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time

12. To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and the Management from time to time

**Qualification**:
**Diploma / Degree in Environmental Science**

**Schedule**:
**Monday - Saturday (6days)**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
