As a Marketing Executive, you'll develop and implement of strategic marketing plans to promote our brand and products. Your role will involve a wide range of marketing activities, including but not limited to market research, product launch and data analysis.
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve A2R2's brand objectives and sales targets for AI classes, workshops, and modules.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing and product development decisions.
- Plan, execute, and coordinate AI-related events, including workshops and technical services, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance data, assess the effectiveness of campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product specialists, after-sales, and technical experts, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to gather feedback, enhance customer relationships, and build brand loyalty.
- Support the Malaysia AI Robotics Society (MARS) in organizing their events, offering A2R2’s expertise and technical services where necessary.
- Complete any additional duties as requested by the marketing manager or management, including timely submission of reports and recommendations.
- Perform any other duties as specified by Top Management to support A2R2's business growth and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field.
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative with strong problem solving & analytical skills.
- Self motivated proactive and able to work independently or in team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
