**SUMMARY**:
e-Invoicing Systems & Business Analyst to document, implement a comprehensive e-Invoicing middleware systems for Banking and Financial Services entities.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Analysing and documenting e-Invoicing processes of Client business operations.

2. Capturing and documenting business requirement specifications of e-Invoicing projects.

3. Undertaking the required activities of the Project Management Office (PMO) jointly with the Project Manager.

4. Supervising and facilitating functional testing and being part of the testing team for e-Invoicing project(s).

5. Writing and maintaining the required documentation for the project delivery.

6. Performing training for the business users.

7. Carrying out all proper and reasonable instructions from your immediate Supervisor or designate or Company.

8. Perform and undertake the duties and exercise powers, in line with Company operations.

**POSITION REQUIREMENT & SKILLS**:
**Qualifications**

1. Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Business information Systems or Information Technology.

2. A Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management and Business Administration is an added advantage.

**Relevant Working Experiences**

1. Minimum for (4) years of relevant experiences in business systems analysis and IT project execution.

2. Knowledge of banking, credit cards, financing and ERP systems data models for the purpose of e-Invoicing systems implementation.

**Other Specifications**

1. Highly hands on in this role, effective and efficient.

2. Able to work under time constraints and pressure and committed to meet tight reporting deadlines.

3. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.

4. Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.

5. Strong team leadership skills.

6. Ability to develop strong relationships with key internal/external customers and stakeholders.

7. Resourceful, independent and good teamwork.

8. Proficient Microsoft Office - Power Point Presentation, Excel, and Word.

9. Proficient in English language is mandatory; fluent in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
