Field Conductor

1. To coordinate and schedule work in the estate including inventory (store) management. 2. To supervise estate operation according to annual work program and approved budget cost spend 3. To supervise daily field harvesting operation to maximize crop production and met agricultural practice quality 4. To supervise daily field upkeep activities to ensure quality and productivity of workers are met 5. To ensure field access road is in good condition and well maintained 6. To carry out any other assignments as may be given from time to time
