Part-Time Coding Instructor (Hybrid - Selangor)

We are looking for a Part-Time Coding Instructor to join our team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement where classes are conducted online from home and onsite at partner schools within Selangor.

You must be available on weekday mornings and willing to travel to school locations for scheduled physical classes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach basic programming and computational thinking to primary and secondary school students.
- Conduct fun, interactive lessons using platforms such as Scratch, Tynker, and Code.org.
- For older students, teach introductory coding such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Roblox.
- Conduct both online and onsite classes based on the teaching schedule.
- Travel to partner schools across Selangor (and occasionally Kuala Lumpur).
- Prepare teaching materials, monitor student progress, and provide feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Available on weekday mornings (Mon-Fri) during the November-January period.
- Open to university students and fresh graduates.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good command of English and Malay.
- Strong communication skills and interest in teaching.
- Willing to travel within Selangor for physical classes.
- Passionate about education and technology.

Company Overview

Timedoor Academy is an education centre that provides coding, programming, and technology courses for children and teenagers. Our mission is to help students develop digital skills through fun, interactive, and project-based learning.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM25.00 - RM100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
