**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Perform as document controller for store and material documentation ie, Good Received Note, Delivery Order, Issuance Slip, Material Requisition, Purchase Order, Electrodes control report.
3. Filling of documents.
4. Follow up mill certificates against vendor / buyer
5. Posting of receiving / issuing of goods into stock card or computer
6. Any other clerical duties as and when required
7. To key in data in ERP system
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess SPM/Diploma/Degree in related field
- 1-2 years working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply;
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Hardworking and willing to learn new things
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Discipline
- **Can start immediately**
