**Qualification **:SPM holder or Above with computer literacy.
**Responsibilities as follows but not limited to**:
- Report to Assistant Purchasing Manager or Manager.
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Responsible to purchase materials for Non-Stock Items for department.
- Convert PR to PO send to supplier.
- Follow up PO acknowledgement and update promised date into system.
- Prepare Delivery Order to Sub-Con supplier.
- Monitor & follow up supplier / sub-con delivery.
- Execute MRB parts, follow up and close with supplier for replacement or credit note.
- Execute RTV, follow up the problematic delivery, close case with either part replacement or credit note.
- Any other responsibility which may be assigned by the department head from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
