**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates patient care at the clinic.
- Dispenses medications to patients correctly based on doctor's prescription.
- Assists in clinical procedures - Chaperoning doctors/Assisting doctors in clinical tasks such as dressing, blood taking, ECG and etc...
- Assists during Specialist clinics (ENT, O&G, Endocrine, and etc...)
- Drafts and submits panel claims accordingly.
- Updates and documents medical care given to patients.
- Follow up with patients: Send reminders to patients regarding their follow-up treatment and vaccination/medical check-up appointments.
- Maintains good file-keeping and patient records.
- Responds to patient inquiries and answers phone calls.
- Inventory management - Stock-keeping and assists in ordering products.
- Maintains a clean and hygienic environment.
- Brainstorms ideas to enhance the clinic's operations.

**Qualifications/Education and Requirements**:

- SPM, STPM, **Medical Graduates, Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Diploma/Degree in Medical Assistant,** Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor's Degree in Medical/Health Sciences. (_or other equivalents_).
- Previous working experience in clinic or hospital settings is **preferred**. (_but not compulsory_)
- Self-disciplined, mature, responsible, organized, and a team player with high integrity.
- Willing to learn, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in other dialects will be an **added bonus**.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with all aspects of information in accordance with State and Federal law.
