**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Perform evaluations, progress summaries, establish treatment plans with goals, provide treatment, maintain treatment notes as specified, delegate specific treatment and perform discharge activities according to the standard procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete record and prepare progress report of therapy plan, students activities and their progress.
- Provide clinically effective, person centered, and evidence based occupational therapy assessment and intervention to patients.
- Establish a good follow up and progress update system to track progress and feedback to patients/heir.
- Liaising with doctors, and other professionals to keep them updated on progress.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3 years of experiences in this fields.
- Able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Melayu and English language.
- Good in communication skill.
- Interested, compassion and kindness with patients.
- Excellent and proactive in teamwork.
- Hardworking, discipline and punctual.

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
