Conduct regular quality checks on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to established procedures.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and potential issues, and work with the quality team to develop and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment and tools.
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development, review, and revision of quality procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure that all quality records and documentation are properly maintained and filed.
- Communicate quality issues and concerns to production personnel and other stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformances, and work with the quality team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in the training of production personnel on quality procedures and work instructions.
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures and report any safety hazards or quality concerns to the Quality Control Manager/the Management.
- Update pallet/crate outgoing records to ensure accurate tracking of products.
- Conduct 1st pallet checking to ensure product quality and identify any defects or issues.
- Update in-house return note report to track and resolve quality issues.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned.

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a technical field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality control.

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of ISO or other quality standards preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
