Team Leader

**Production team management and delivery guarantee** Coordinate the implementation of the daily production plan of the team, ensure that the seat motor production line completes the daily/weekly output target on time, monitor the production progress in real time and coordinate the handling of exceptions. Implement 5S on-site management standards, optimize production line layout and operation processes, and improve production efficiency (such as beat optimization, human-machine collaboration). **Equipment maintenance and cost control** Lead the daily inspection, basic maintenance and minor troubleshooting of equipment, and cooperate with the equipment team to complete the preventive maintenance plan of the equipment to reduce the downtime rate. Calculate the labor cost, scrap rate and PPE and other hardware parts consumption of the team, and regularly submit cost analysis reports to the operation team and put forward optimization suggestions. **Employee training and quality assurance** Formulate skills training plans for new employees (such as motor assembly and testing standards), improve the proficiency of ordinary operators through the "mentoring and apprenticeship" mechanism, and ensure that all employees pass the on-the-job assessment. Supervise the quality control points in the production process, implement the first article inspection, inspection and non-conforming product traceability mechanism, and promote the continuous reduction of low defect rate. **Cross-departmental collaboration and cultural integration** Docking with the management teams of China and Malaysia to ensure the accurate communication of production instructions and quality standards, and coordinating with the material and storage departments to ensure the continuity of supply of the production line. Establish a communication mechanism within the team to mediate employee conflicts and promote cross-cultural teamwork (e.g. adapting to the differences in working styles between China and Malaysia). **2. Qualifications** **Education and language proficiency** Technical secondary school, college degree or above, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, industrial engineering and other related majors are preferred. **Fluent in Chinese** and **English** (bilingual interview required), proficient in reading technical documents and conducting pre-class meetings. **Work Experience & Skills** More than 3 years of grassroots management experience in the auto parts/motor manufacturing industry, familiar with assembly line operation mode and lean production tools (such as standard working hour calculation). Master basic equipment operation skills (such as motor winding machine, test bench) and cost accounting methods, and be proficient in using Excel/WPS for data analysis. **Professionalism** and adaptability Possess the awareness of cross-cultural team management, and be able to adapt to the work mode of combining the efficient execution of Chinese enterprises with the flexible management of local employees. Accept the shift system (morning/evening shift), strong ability to work under pressure, and have a high sense of responsibility for the achievement of production goals.
