**Summary**:This Position is responsible for company accounting & administrations matter.

**Responsibility**:

- Keep record on all Purchase orders and obtain necessary approval before purchase
- Up keeping of company assets record and maintenance
- To keep sufficient stocks and control on stationaries for office use
- Monitor all job orders and ensuring prompt billings to Customer based on Quotation
- Ensure Service Providers provide Invoices after shipment completion
- Ensure Service Providers bill according to Quotation
- Ensure all additional charges, billed to Customer accordingly
- Key in Service Providers Billings into Accounting System
- To keep good records for all accounts Receivable for collection
- Account payable to generate payment when due
- Prepare prompt payments for urgent Service Provider
- Generate monthly Statement of Account to customer and follow up on collections
- Ensure proper filing on all accounts related documents for audit purposes and record management to meet legal requirements
- Assist Accounts & Admin Manager on all matters related to Accounts and Admin functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling accounting and administration related matter.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (required)
- English (required)
