CHEF DE PARTIE

We are looking for a talented chef de partie to help our team create memorable meals for our restaurant's.

The Chef de Partie at Ombak Dive Resort plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality food preparation and smooth kitchen operations. Reporting to the Head Chef or Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie will manage every section of the kitchen, overseeing food production and quality, especially in ASEAN, Western, and Pizza dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook dishes from ASEAN, Western, and Pizza cuisines to the highest standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Take charge of kitchen operations in the absence of the Sous Chef.
- Manage food ordering and purchasing to maintain stock levels.
- Control food wastage and ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across the kitchen.
- Adapt to island life and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Expertise in ASEAN, Western, and Pizza cuisines.
- Ability to work independently and lead the kitchen when required.
- Strong attention to detail in food quality and hygiene.
- Willingness to live and work on the island.
