Skop Kerja:

- Menguruskan aktiviti dalam bilik stor dan mengawal inventori Jabatan M&E
- Memeriksa stok harian dan mengedar bahan-bahan/ alat ganti
- Memastikan stok disimpan dengan betul dan sentiasa mencukupi
- Memantau stok dengan melakukan kiraan stok dan mengemaskini kad stok harian
- Mengemaskini pergerakan stok di Sistem Yardi dan menyediakan laporan bulanan kepada pihak pengurusan
- Berurusan dengan pembekal untuk mendapatkan sebut harga bahan, menyediakan "Purchase Order" dan memastikan barang dihantar dalam jangka masa yang ditentukan
- Memeriksa invois daripada pembekal, mendapatkan kelulusan daripada pihak pengurusan, dan berurusan dengan Jabatan Kewangan untuk pembayaran

Syarat-syarat:

- Calon berkelayakan mínima sijil atau Diploma
- Minima 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan
- Fasih menggunakan komputer dengan pengetahuan asas Microsoft Office

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
