**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Processing Delivery Order (DO) via internal system and customer website system.
- Daily oversee on customer forecast schedule via customer website system.
- Daily cross-checking on lorry drivers loading checklist record with Delivery Order.
- Updating / recording on any reports as required.
- Completing associated paperwork as the deadline required.
- To liaise with internal departments on customers delivery arrangement.
- To coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics department for overall day-to-day activities and ensure
- that operating in an efficient and effective manner.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the designated Superior/Manager and Management.
**Requirements**:
- No working experiences are required.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Able to work as a team and possess a proactive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) will be an added advantage
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
