**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES: -**

**_Call Centre Officer/Recovery Officer_** _: _
- Collect payments from delinquent customers.
- Call customers using all approved methods of communication.
- On overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
- Follow up frequently for payment commitments.
- Handle Banking & Telco clients

**REQUIREMENTS: -**
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.
- Good communication skills (BM & English).
- Self-discipline and Team player.
- Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage
