**Position Overview**:As an HR Generalist at our FMCG company, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR policy implementation. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that aligns with our company's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and best practices during the hiring process.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing and resolving any workplace-related issues.
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and trust among employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and career development.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with external training providers and organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs to enhance employee morale.
HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare HR reports and analytics on key metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, and employee satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
