**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for Financial and Management reports, accounts receivables, accounts payable (eg: invoices to merchant or from suppliers) & Cash flow matters
- To maintain a high level of confidentiality on all matters and transactions within the Head of Department, account and within the company
- Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly financial statement (profit and loss, balance sheet cash flow statement) closing activities
- Assist in the preparation of yearly budgeting
- Reviewing expenses and profit records by providing recommendations by analyzing financial data, evaluating its changes, trends and monitoring variances
- Oversee oversea payment and account statement
- Oversee company bank statement tally on the revenue
- Liaise effectively with vendors/ oversea company subsidiaries in matter relating to accounts, reconciliations and processing of payments/ collections
- Work closely with various department for example liaise with bankers in ensuring the completion and accuracy of financial reporting, group finance department for reporting and any submission and clarification related of payment or financial account
- Lead and continuously improve processes and systems within the company; clarify clear status of quotation supplier or any payment
- Other assigned duties as required by management from time-to-time

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill(s): MS PowerPoint, MS Word; Power Points
- Good understanding and knowledgeable of accounting
- Possess strong analytical skills, good communication, interpersonal skills and good time management
- Able to prioritize workload and deliver to tight deadlines and work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Required language(s)**:English and Chinese **(writtend and verbal) is important as you will be liaising with our overseas company with mostly written in Chinese.
