**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement Montessori teaching methods and materials in daily lessons and activities
- Prepare and maintain a well-organized, child-centered Montessori classroom environment
- Observe and guide children based on individual interests and developmental needs
- Foster a calm, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere in line with Montessori principles
- Encourage independence, self-discipline, and responsibility in children
- Record and track each child’s progress through observation and assessments
- Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians regarding children’s development and learning journeys
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Collaborate with other educators and staff for school events, team planning, and continuous improvement
- Uphold the school's policies and embody Montessori values in professional conduct

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Montessori Certification (e.g., from Montessori Association of Malaysia or equivalent)
- Experience working in a Montessori classroom (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for child-led learning
- Basic understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development stages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
