Crushing Plant Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- To supervise and control the overall Quarry/Crusher cycle of operation in the assigned shift
- Ensures the availability of raw materials with the right specification in the right time
- Sets direction for his work-unit by formulating objectives based on the Development’s objectives
- Develops and trains staff to acquire additional competencies and motivates them to be excellent performers; coaches and/or mentor’s direct subordinates and inspires them to do the same for their subordinates
- Regularly reconciles work-unit manpower needs against Company strategies and goals
- Supervises and controls the activities of the operation cycle stated in the basic function
- Responsible for meeting the quarry production target as required by Plant operations
- Ensures that mining activities are carried out within the framework of statutory and legal requirements
- Ensures that all safety rules and regulation are followed within the entire operation of Quarry/Crusher
- Submits daily reports on the status of extraction of raw materials and on the availability of manpower and quarry’s heavy equipment
- Review daily Quarry production report and recommend ways of improvement

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-10 years working experience with adequate knowledge of the workings of the crusher plant/mining/quarry
- Proactive, committed to work and responsible
Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
