**About Us**:
A custom sublimation jersey printing company, offering high-quality, durable, and fully customizable jerseys for teams and individual athletes. We are passionate about sportswear and providing top-tier products that allow our clients to perform at their best. We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help expand our client base in the sports apparel market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing orders for custom sublimation jerseys.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including sports teams, schools, clubs, and retailers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Present our range of customizable products and educate clients on the benefits of sublimation printing.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Track sales metrics and report progress on meeting revenue and sales goals.
- Manage sales inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely manner using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, ideally in the sportswear or apparel industry.
- Understanding of sublimation printing and custom apparel production processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of team sportswear trends is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Baru Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Negotiator: 1 year (required)
