**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search
- visibility and SERP rankings for clients across various industries.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize
- content accordingly.
- Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to implement
- fixes, including site architecture, page speed optimizations, and other on-page
- elements.
- Manage and refine link-building strategies.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance metrics.
- Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best
- practices are integrated in content creation and website structure.
- Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (both written
- and verbal) to team members and stakeholders on strategy.
- Keep abreast of SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry
- trends and developments.
- Mentor and lead a team of SEO specialists and oversee their performance and
- career development.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results in organic search growth.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with SEO reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- The primary language requirement for this position is proficiency in Mandarin, as this role involves significant interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in managing SEO for multiple clients in an agency setting.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other digital marketing qualifications.
