Reservation Front Office

**Job description**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1. Responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms.
2. Ensures that reservation hotlines are attended to at all times to meet daily business needs. He / She is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining reservation records promptly in accordance with guests' booking confirmations.
3. Responsible to tracks future room availability and helps develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy.
4. Preparing the list of expected arrivals for the front office, assisting in pre-registration activities and processing advance reservation deposits.
5. Willing to learn on types of rooms the property has, their locations and layouts, as well as the available packages.
6. Updates the availability of rooms via distribution channels such as GDS, OTA and web booking systems, and follows all policies and procedures of the property for compliance and quality assurance expectations.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
Ø Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
Ø Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
Ø Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests.
Ø Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support hotel operations or events.
Ø Complying with the company’s grooming standard.
Ø Must be willing to travel to conduct business if required.
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
