**Responsibilities**:
**1. Promote Sales and Rentals**:

- Actively promote the rental and sales of motorcycles.
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling to maximise sales opportunities.

**2. Motorcycle Handover and Receipt**:

- Efficiently handle the handover and receipt of motorcycles.
- Ensure all motorcycles are in excellent condition and ready for customer pickup.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to potential and existing customers.

**4. Social Media Management**:

- Post product listings and promotional content on social media platforms.
- Engage with customers and respond to inquiries through social media channels.

**5. Customer Records Maintenance**:

- Maintain organised and up-to-date customer records, including contact information and order history.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

**6. Shop Maintenance**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
- Ensure that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.

**7. Operational Support**:

- Undertake any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the management to support the overall operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

**Salary**:

- Basic salary: RM 2,200 - RM 3,000 + Commission

**Working Hours**:

- 9.30 am - 6pm daily

**Working Location**:

- Hotel Sungai Wang, Bukit Bintang
