Land Surveyor

Description:

- Responsible to working out the survey coordinates and calculations for ‘setting-out’ and identify discrepancies in drawings.
- Assist to carry out all land surveying works on site which include:
1. Plotting.

2. Protect and transfer of control points.

3. Checking the accuracy of alignment/level with Clients.

4. Assist in the preparation of as built level/as-built plan.
- Coordinate with the project team and conduct the survey field work as required by the project.
- Responsible for recording all survey data and joint surveys.
- In charge of direct supervision of surveying works under his care at site.
- Carry out drafting and computation of survey data accurately and within precision.
- To ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment (S.H.E) policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

**Requirements**:

- At least Certificate/Diploma / Degree in Land Surveying or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in the related field.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Meticulous, an eye for details and sharp in figures and number.
