We build life-changing eCommerce brands in skincare, lifestyle, nutrition, and beyond, offering great value to our customers. **Jolicare** is the #1 Herbal Sensitive Skincare brand by Airda Group, with the mission to inspire and empower families and individuals with itchy and sensitive skin to live freely. **OBJECTIVE**: To support customer success, online sales, and day-to-day operations across various marketplaces and sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and WhatsApp. This role may also assist in content creation, marketplace management, and other marketing support tasks as needed. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **1. Customer Experience and Support**: - Handle customer inquiries and support customer transactions across all eCommerce channels, such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Website, and WhatsApp. - Deliver timely and professional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience. Monitor and address to customer chats, feedback, reviews, product inquiries, complaints, logistics, returns and refunds, and take appropriate actions promptly within platform SLAs and company guidelines. - Provide support in managing customer experience data and feedback, assisting the team to improve customer journeys. **2. Marketplace & Marketing Support**: - Assist in daily marketplace operations, such as campagin setup, updating product listings, and others. - Support the team in creating basic content for customer engagement, such as customer replies, product information, and visuals. - Collaborate with the team to support ongoing marketing and sales initiatives. - Contribute to building and nurturing the customer community to foster stronger customer relationships. **3. Support Direct Leader**: - Assist the direct leader in various business development and marketing initiatives, including planning and executing them effectively. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior. **REQUIREMENTS**: **Skills and Qualifications**: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Customer Service, eCommerce, or related fields. - Proficiency in both English and Malay (both written and spoken).Mandarin is highly preferred. - Must have a reliable laptop, phone and stable internet connection suitable for remote-first working environment. **Preferred Soft Skills**: - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Strong Goal Execution - Adaptability & flexibility - Independence - Fast learner - Time & project management - Critical thinking & problem solving skill **WHY JOIN AIRDA?** **Airda Core Values** - **Extreme Ownership**: We **take full ownership of outcomes — past, present, and future — even when it's outside our direct actions.** We don't justify, blame, or wait to be told.
