**Offer description**:
$ 3,500.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Home Based

**Job Description**:
1. Dealing with guest bookings every day through multiple E-commerce platforms.

3. Coordinate and manage all communications for bookings, maintain and update booking calendars and inform operations staff accordingly.

4. Assist to book and block all units according to required SOPs and actively monitoring all reservations and discounts offered.

5. Ensure compliance to all security and safety standards on an everyday basis and ensure optimal utilization of all software systems and maintain sound knowledge of all unit types and their availability. Full training will be provided.

6. To ensure that all work meets company standards and is according to the training given; all function paperwork must be accurate and complete.

7. Ensure all incoming calls are handled professionally and with great problem-solving skills.

8. Occasionally you will need to come to the office for team meetings if needed.

9. Any other task assigned by the Guest Experience Manager

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 3 years industry related experience or customer service/hospitality experience is required.

2. Able to converse well in BM, English, and Chinese (Written Mandarin is an added advantage)

3. Must own a laptop with a strong internet connection

4. Tech Savvy

5. Able to Multi-Task

6. Have a full sense of responsibility and the ability to follow up on work within the timeline given

7. Must reside in Klang Valley

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education level: High school
- 3 years of experience
- Language(s): Mandarin Chinese ,English ,Malay
- Knowledge: Customer service, Problem Solving, Customer Support, Teamwork, Sales
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Availability of change of residence: Yes
