Account Officer

**Job description**:
1) Manage daily accounting
2) Assist in Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation & other accounting functions.
3) To ensure accounting records are accurate, properly, maintained and reconciled.
4) Involve in accounting activities such as monthly tax report and annual tax.
5) Initiate improvements in accounting procedures such as attaining accuracy & efficiency in every task, assessing in internal control, cost control & saving measures.
6) Assist in year-end audit.
7) Attend & perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
**Job requirements**:
1) Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ LCCI/CAT or equivalent.
2) at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Computer literate
4) Meticulous, hands on, good analytical and communication skills.
5) Willing to work under tight reporting timeline, positive working attitude, and a team player.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
